Payment and Billing Customer can make payment at our website through any of the following methods: Payment through Credit Card Payment at InteractiveLogoDesign.com can be made through Credit Cards. We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, Diner Club and Visa Electron for online orders.

Unlimited Concepts / Revisions InteractiveLogoDesign.com offers unlimited concepts and revisions and they are restricted with timeline, the client can have as many revisions in the 30 days from the order. InteractiveLogoDesign.com will not do any revision and concept receiving after 30 days from the day of order, client has to go with the best available options, that’s why we encourage our clients to responds on time and as quickly as possible. Incase you are not satisfied with design, InteractiveLogoDesign.com will charge for an additional logo design with same terms & conditions.

Overtime and rushed orders If you want a quick turnaround time of 1 business day for your logo, we will charge USD 100 in addition.

Refunds / Cancellation Refunds are made in accordance with the refund policy in effect for each package at the time or at the discretion of the management. It is usually 75% of the package amount. We retain 25% for the time and effort we put into the initial design concepts. No refunds are made after the initial design concept phase. LDW would proceed after the initial design phase once the client has indicated they would like to proceed with the project by asking for a redraw or a revision.

We have non-refundable policy to reduce non serious visitors, since we are already offering very low cost for Logo Design. We cannot afford to waste our valuable time for non serious visitors.

Final Deliveries
1. Upon completion of your project, your final files will be sent via email for immediate use.
2. You will receive your logo files in a vector format (AI, EPS) and high resolution TIFF (print-ready) and in to web-ready file formats (JPEG, GIFF). Additional files are available upon request.

Backup InteractiveLogoDesign.com is not liable to keep the backup of the Design Logos, in case you lost the logo source file, we will charge additional USD 10 to resend all source files.

Additional Work Should the client require additional services beyond the scope of the package purchased (either concurrently with the project or at a later date), the client will be provided with a price list for such changes. Additional work will be done after pre-paying add on services in full.

Ownership / Copyrights Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees.

InteractiveLogoDesign.com retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery, remain the full property of InteractiveLogoDesign.com.

Trademarks and Service Marks InteractiveLogoDesign.com expects the Client to perform researching on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image. InteractiveLogoDesign.com is not and will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
